Order Processing

Eyoptical.com usually keeps inventory of all major brands of Contact Lenses.

 

If your order is a brand in stock and your Sphere / Power is within the normal range less than -6.00, your order usually would be available in our warehouse and would be ship it out within 24hours or next business day.

If your order is a unique brand/colored contact lens or pre-order status and your Sphere / Power is outside of normal range more than -6.00 or with Astigmatism or with Addition Power or special base curve (B.C), it usually might take up to 7-14 working days to be shipped out.

If an order is made near or during peak holiday period such as Chinese New Year, Hari Raya, Deepavali, Christmas, and New Year, it be longer for the products to be shipped out, but we will promise to get it shipped out as soon as possible.

If you place an order during weekends/public holidays, we would only be able to process your order on the next business day. ( Monday – Friday, 11am to 6pm. closed on public holiday)

 


Shipping Information

  • Only the best and most reliable courier would be used
  • Shipping Address please provide us your Company Address instead of home address as we prefer to ship to your company since there are always people during working hours.

Important Notes :

  1. Delivery Time = Order received + Process + Shipping
    Delivery Time is the time it takes to reach your desired shipping address. Shipping time is the time it takes the courier company to reach the destination
  2. Delivery Time displayed above represents the number of business days after the goods leaves our warehouse. It is provided as informational purpose only and used as a guild line.
  3. We are not responsible for any delay by the respective Postal services delay in handling the mail parcel.
  4. Eyoptical.com is NOT responsible for any sales taxes, VAT, duties or any other fees applied by the customs service in your country.
  5. We advise you to group your items in one order. We cannot group two distinct orders placed separately, and shipping fees(if applicable) will apply to each of them.
  6. Your package will be dispatched at your own risk, but special care is taken to protect your goods.

Return Policy

No worries. At Eyoptical.com, your satisfaction is our priority. Please check for defects / prescription / opened packaging and etc within 24hours of receiving the merchandize. If there is a need to replace, please do inform us via Whatsapp to 0168867794 within 24hours of receiving the merchandize.

1. Report to 0168867794 via Whatsapp with a CLEAR PHOTO of problem.

2. We will revert within 24hours.

3. If it’s our fault, we would replace the merchandise and arrange for immediate shipping.
